Thank you for volunteering to assist with the National Science Olympiad competition to be held Friday, May 20th and Saturday, May 21st on the UIUC campus. A complete list of volunteer assignments can be found at: http://www.nso.uiuc.edu/vol/assignments.asp You may also be contacted by the supervisor for your specific event prior to the competition regarding special instructions, directions, when/where to report at the event location, etc.

First - Please check-in at the volunteer registration desk (South Lounge of the Illini Union) at least 30 minutes prior to your assigned time before proceeding to your specific event location. You will be handed an information packet at the volunteer registration table.

In addition, there will be a hospitality room with morning and afternoon refreshments in the Pine Lounge at the Illini Union. When you check in if you are volunteering on Saturday, May 21st, you will be asked to submit a box lunch order form indicating your meal preference and if you are off site, the location of where your box lunch should be delivered. If you are near the Illini Union the box lunch can be picked up in the Ball Room of the Illini Union between 11am and 2pm.
